Where Light Settles

Saxophonist and composer Jasmine Myra's debut album features nine grounded compositions exploring life, growth, and duality. Recorded live over five days at The Nave studios in Leeds with a 13-piece ensemble including strings, the album captures her intimate alto sax lines woven through melodies for piano, flute, guitar, vibraphone, and harp. Conducted by Ozzy Moysey, the music balances bittersweet reflection with elegant instrumental storytelling—where pain and growth intertwine, and melodies shimmer like light on water.
