Shipping policy

Local Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs unless picking up item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Oh! Jean Records have the right to change, alter, add/subtract shipping costs as they see fit.
• If item is sent out of Australia, warranty and or return is void.

International Shipping

• We will provide tracking but once the order leaves Australia, it is up to the customer to follow up.
• Buyer beware on any misplaced or lost item. 
• We provide no refund/replacement/exchange for item shipped overseas. We provide tracking to prevent this.
