Third solo album from McCartney, and the first after Wings broke up in 1981. Interestingly it was also the first album McCartney released after John Lennon's murder.
It was released to mixed reviews, as was the norm for any post-Beatles releases involving McCartney. But it stands up as a great record and a snapshot of McCartney's creative genius. It features the hit single Ebony and Ivory which features Stevie Wonder.
