Travesseiro Feliz
Ricardo Richaid's debut album blends tropical psychedelia with jazz and rock influences. Recorded entirely in his own Rio studio, Travesseiro Feliz (Happy Pillow) fuses unconventional time signatures with lush instrumentation—layered horns, fretless bass, synths and acoustic guitars. The grandson of Disney star Aurora Miranda, Richaid channels Brazil's Tropicália legacy through what he calls "Industrial Tropicalism"—warm and beautiful yet shadowed by darker themes of political and ecological crisis. Features collaborations with Marcos Suzano and other Rio luminaries. A cinematic journey through contemporary Brazilian psychedelic music.
