Stef Animal (The Golden Awesome) presents her debut solo release "Top Gear" on limited edition LP for the first time since 2018. A concept album of fifteen compositions, each recorded in a single session using different pieces of obsolete 1980s synth and computer equipment. The result is a collection of lo-fi epic miniatures—intricate, playful, and full of adventure and human emotion. From hacked electronic duck callers to children's Casio keyboards delivering dark, sophisticated progressive experimental dream-pop, this is a warm and wonderful vinyl journey through electronic soundscapes that feels both nostalgic and entirely unique.
