DJ Notoya returns with a fresh compilation of Japanese funk and boogie from King Records, spanning 1974 to 1988, featuring artists like Buzz, Fujimaru Band, Keiko Toda, and Kumiko Sawada. Building on the acclaim of 'Tokyo Glow' and 'Funk Tide,' Wewantsounds collaborates again with Tokyo-based DJ Notoya to present a refined selection of 70s and 80s funk and boogie tracks recorded in Japan. Many of these songs are appearing on vinyl outside Japan for the first time.
