Lord Julien is new studio collaboration from renowned producer / musicians Lord Echo and Julien Dyne. Created exclusively for the boutique Japanese label Wonderful Noise, their first 12" EP 'Shades' (b/w 'Tennis') is a dance floor bomb, dedicated to DJs and dancers worldwide. Citing inspiration from the intersection of disco / rap music from New York City in the early 1980's - both tracks stem from extensive studio live jams edited to fit whole sides of a 12inch record.
