Saxophone Colossus

The album that helped jazz musician Sonny Rollins break through. Released in 1956, it is perhaps Rollins' best known album, and is a classic whichever way you look at it. In 2017 it was selected for preservation in the National Recording Registry by the Library of Congress as being "culturally, historically, or artistically significant".
