Originally released on hand-made cassette tapes, this album crept under my skin and made itself comfortable - this is half the reason I had to start a record label - in order to help share this with more people.
In the tradition of great albums it carries its theme and feel throughout, and the Australiana feel with simple production masks what are anthemic pop songs.
Lyrically it's a story that breaks your heart forever - writer Sam Nicholson lost his brother in a free-diving accident whilst Sam was on the other side of the world touring. A replay of fraternal memories, coming-of-age moments and dealing with loss, as well as the imagery of water and ghosts returns again and again.
Don't worry if you get lost, because love will lead us and bring us back.
