The Analog Africa music label discovered a hidden pile of unidentified and instrumental sounds in the dusty archives of Radio Mogadishu in Somalia, leading them to create "Mogadisco: Dancing Mogadishu, 1974-1991". This compilation showcases the diverse music scene in Somalia during this time, from Afrobeat to disco and more. It took three years to track down the musicians and gather their stories for the extensive booklet accompanying the compilation.
