Jacky Winter's third 12" release showcases Melbourne's Phil Gionfriddo in a sprawling collaborative breakbeat work. Recorded at York St Recorders and mixed at Cavern Sound on Death Row's SSL console, *Mango* reunites Winter with Spencer Dyson, Mani Golding, and Dom Roff, while marking studio debut appearances from Colette and a roster of local luminaries including Lost Animal, Stefan Blair, Dylan Young, and Liam McGorry. The album extends Winter's signature sample-heavy, MPC-driven approach across breakbeat, freak funk, and trip-hop territories—his first full statement since the 2019 EP *The One Thing That I Own*.
