Forget is a collection of pre-Vs. Mission of Burma demos. Raw and unrefined, yet suitable as they make additionally evident Mission of Burma's roots in punk, specifically hardcore punk. The average song tempo here is much faster than most anything on Vs. (think "How I Escaped My Certain Fate"), and the vocals adapt a common hardcore punk-styled lisp.
Though as unusually abrasive as ever, Mission of Burma at their best succeed by still managing to put a hook right under your nose - most of the time. Like always with these sort of releases, there's a straggler or two that ends up being a minor gem: in this case it's "Execution" and "Eyes of Men". Worth picking up for someone who's already heard all the studio albums and Signals, Calls, and Marches.
