Drop

Thee Oh Sees continue to explore new sounds, moving away from their psychedelic origins and towards more pop-influenced songs on their 2014 album, Drop. The tracks are shorter and cleaner than past works, with elements of Baroque pop and vintage prog rock. Though their fuzz and lysergic synth sounds are still present, there are more distinct melodies and singalong choruses. With only nine songs and a length of 32 minutes, this album leaves you wanting more.
