Down Upbeat

Down Upbeat is the ninth studio album by Japanese jazz fusion band Casiopea, released in 1984. The album is known for its ease and calm, making it one of their most effortless records. As you listen, it has a tendency to blend into the background, and before you know it, you'll be six or more songs in. Down Upbeat has a funky sound  and technical playing that is perfectly encapsulated into a single, mellow and cheerful shot - just like its name suggests.
