Daltrey

Roger Daltrey made a commercial impact with his debut album. The young Leo Sayer showcased his writing talents through two popular tracks, including the hit "Giving It All Away". Daltrey's album also featured songs written by his bandmate Pete Townshend and former manager Adam Faith. The emotional range displayed in this album was a surprise, but it would remain a solo excursion for Daltrey, overshadowed by his work with The Who.
