Leonard Charles suffered a head injury from an unprovoked assault in 2013. To aid recovery, he used music as a meditative healing tool in his recording studio. The free-form nature of jazz and improvised electronica served as a creative vehicle for this. These songs are a collection of his improvisations, providing listeners with a tool for inspiration and healing.
