No sooner had Ned Collette established his robust partnership with the backing duo Wirewalker on his third album Over the Stones, Under the Stars than the Melbourne songwriter relocated to Berlin in 2010.

Recorded in Melbourne and Berlin, 2 showcases the musical talents of Collette and Joe Talia, as bassist Ben Bourke takes on fatherhood duties. The focus is not on heavy, apocalyptic tones, but rather on playful experimentation and tongue-in-cheek troubadour-isms.
