Neung Phak is a South East Asian Pop covers band headed by Mark Gergis of Porest and the Sublime Frequencies fame. It was recorded between studios in Pyongyang, DPRK, and Java, Indonesia, and in Seattle and also features the likes of Sun City Girl Alan Bishop on vocals.

Lovers of psyched-out wah guitar will be in their element, but there's also appeal to fans of Balkan punk/ska styles and obviously the dissenting, uncompromising Seattle sound from whence they came. Highlights have to be the rousing, Thai-tongued punk of 'Fucking U.S.A.', the go-go jiggle of 'Poo Jud' and the wonderful closing psyche-out 'Sad Chatri'.
